Power Grid is a strategic board game where players compete to supply the most cities with power. In this updated version of the classic Funkenschlag, players no longer use crayons but instead mark pre-existing routes between cities. They bid for power plants to power their cities, but must balance efficiency with cost, as newer, more efficient plants become available over time. Players also need to acquire raw materials like coal, oil, and uranium to power their plants, adding to the challenge of expanding their network while managing resources wisely.
